Case Study: Downtown Jacksonville --

Some Cacti

After purchasing their 19th story condo with panoramic downtown views, this client found that they regularly were forced to keep the blinds closed to reduce the heat and glare. Deciding that this was a waste of an amazing view of the St. Johns River, Stadium, and Southbank Skyline, window film was the solution.

SPF Sun Control installed Madico's Advanced Ceramic
window film, which reduced the glare, filtered out 53% of
the total solar energy, allowing the blinds to stay open.

Because this home is in a condo building, it is critical that the film not change the look of the windows from the exterior. Advanced Ceramic's low reflectivity* ensures that the windows still look conforming, and the view out at nighttime is not impaired as well.
